How do I choose the right model for my excavator?

Choose by the operating weight of your excavator: XP151 for 1.8–4 t, XP200 for 2.5–5.2 t, XP300 for 4–9 t, XP400 for 5.5–10 t, XP800 for 9–18 t, SG 3.4 for 3–5 t, SG 6.11 for 6–11 t. Before we quote, we check compatibility with your carrier (weight, quick coupler, hydraulics). For the XP200 and XP300, the only documented mount is skid steer (SAE J2513); any other coupler or mount is to be confirmed with the manufacturer before we quote. A quick coupler, adapter plate and adapters are not included. Pages by weight class and excavator model: Hydraulic hammers & sorting grabs by excavator model. Unsure? Request a fitment check.

How is the attachment delivered?

DAP delivery to your address in the EU. Delivery to your business address; unloading by the customer (forklift). A tail lift is not included by default – available on request at an extra charge, quoted per order. The delivery window is confirmed in writing per order.

How much does shipping cost?

Freight is quoted per order: delivery DAP to your business address, with freight always shown as a separate line in your written quote, so the total (products + freight) is always clear. Prices ex VAT.

Which countries do you deliver to?

For Promove attachments: all EU countries except Italy. Islands and remote locations are quoted on request.

How can I pay?

Machines: bank transfer (SEPA) against a proforma invoice. Parts and small items: card. Payment is only due after we have checked your VAT number in VIES, confirmed fit and you have accepted our written quote. Use your order number as the payment reference. The order is dispatched after payment.

Who can buy, and how is VAT handled?

We sell to businesses only. A company name and a valid EU VAT number from the country of delivery are required; we check the number in VIES before we send a quote.

Deliveries within Estonia: Estonian VAT 24% is added. Thunderline OÜ is an Estonian company, so the reverse charge does not apply to Estonian buyers, even with a VAT number.

Total to pay: products + freight (separate line). The invoice is issued separately by Thunderline OÜ – the emails from the shop are order confirmations, not invoices.

What warranty and documentation do I get?

12-month warranty from the date of delivery, claims handled through Thunderline. Wear parts (chisels, points, hoses) and damage from misuse, incorrect installation or operation outside the datasheet limits are not covered. Full terms on request.

CE marked. The datasheet is supplied.

Do you supply spare and wear parts?

Yes. We supply spare and wear parts from the manufacturer for every attachment we sell, on request. Send us the model and serial number and we will come back with a quote. Parts are shipped directly to you by courier; freight is shown as a separate line in the quote. Spare and wear parts request form
