Key features
The Italdem GF 20 is a crusher bucket from the GF series for excavators of 13–18 t. It reduces demolition waste to smaller pieces so the material can be processed directly on site. It has a 600 × 500 mm feeder opening, an adjustable output size of 30–150 mm and runs on 110–115 l/min at 180–200 bar.

Will the Italdem GF 20 Crusher Bucket fit my excavator?
It is specified for 13–18 t carriers per the Italdem datasheet. Fit also depends on your auxiliary hydraulics. Send us make, model, operating weight and coupler type — we check them and confirm fit before you accept the written quote and pay.
What hydraulic supply does it need?
Per the Italdem datasheet: 110–115 l/min oil flow at 180–200 bar. Relief valve setting, return-line back pressure and any second circuit (e.g. rotation) are listed under “Is it right for your machine?” above.
How is it delivered, and who unloads it?
Delivery to your address in the EU (unloading by you; tail lift not included by default – available on request at an extra charge, quoted per order), by freight carrier. The delivery window is confirmed in writing per order. Please have a forklift or other suitable lifting equipment and truck access ready. We deliver within the EU only; available countries are shown at checkout and freight is shown as a separate line.
Can I buy without a VAT number? How is VAT handled?
We sell to business customers only — a valid EU VAT number issued in the country of delivery is required. Your VAT number is checked (VIES) before you accept the written quote and pay, and the VAT treatment is shown on your invoice.
What warranty and documents do I get?
12-month warranty from the date of delivery, claims handled through Thunderline. Documentation (datasheet) is supplied; an EU Declaration of Conformity is supplied only where the manufacturer has issued one. For a claim, email hello@thunderline.eu with your order number, photos and a short description.
Can I return it?
Thunderline sells to businesses only (B2B); there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Returns only by prior agreement via return authorisation (RMA) – for example a wrong item or a defect on arrival; returns are sent to the address stated in the RMA. Made-to-order items may be non-returnable; a restocking fee and return freight can apply. Please confirm fit with us before you order, and report visible transport damage within 48 hours with photos.
When do I pay, and how long does delivery take?
Payment is only due after we have checked your VAT number in VIES, confirmed fit and you have accepted our written quote. The delivery window is confirmed in writing per order.
