Hydraulic breaker for JCB 55Z-1
The JCB 55Z-1 is a zero-tail excavator with an operating weight of 4.79–5.48 t (ISO 6016, depending on equipment). It sits in the optimal range of the Promove XP300 (4.5–8 t). JCB fits it with programmable auxiliary lines and several selectable flow stages, a good starting point for a breaker.
The deciding question is whether a stage within the XP300's range (50–60 l/min) can be selected. JCB's published data leaves this open for the middle range. Fit is checked before payment.

Freight is quoted per order: delivery DAP to your business address, with freight always shown as a separate line in your written quote, so the total (products + freight) is always clear. Prices ex VAT.
- Fit check before payment: machine data, VAT number and availability are checked first; then SEPA proforma or card payment.
- Included: breaker with bolted top plate, hydraulic hoses and a moil point. Quick coupler, adapter plate and adapters are not included. For the XP200 and XP300, the only documented mount is skid steer (SAE J2513); any other coupler or mount is to be confirmed with the manufacturer before we quote.
- CE marked – manufacturer's EU Declaration of Conformity supplied with the machine on delivery
- 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, in line with the manufacturer's warranty terms. Claims are handled through Thunderline. Wear parts (chisels, points, hoses) and damage from misuse, incorrect installation or operation outside the manufacturer's limits are not covered. Full terms on request.
- Delivery DAP to your address in the EU. Delivery to your business address; unloading by the customer (forklift). A tail lift is not included by default – available on request at an extra charge, quoted per order. Availability is confirmed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–10 working days after order confirmation and payment, depending on availability and destination; the exact delivery window is confirmed per order.
- For Promove attachments: all EU countries except Estonia and Italy.
B2B only, reverse charge: companies with a valid EU VAT number in the country of delivery only (VIES check). No VAT is charged by Thunderline OÜ – VAT is accounted for by you in your country of delivery (reverse charge, Art. 141 and 197 Directive 2006/112/EC).

What do you need to know about my 55Z-1?
Serial number or year of build, your quick coupler and, if available, dealer information or a measurement of auxiliary flow. That tells us how your machine is equipped.
Does the breaker also fit the JCB 48Z-1?
The 48Z-1 is lighter. Whether the XP200 or XP300 suits it better depends on your machine's weight and hydraulics. We are happy to advise.
How do I pay?
By SEPA bank transfer against a proforma invoice or by card, in both cases only after fit, availability and VAT number are confirmed.
