According to ISO 6016 the Volvo ECR40 weighs 3.99 t, which puts it in the optimal range Promove gives for the XP200 (3–4.5 t).
According to Volvo, the main auxiliary circuit of the ECR40 delivers up to 65 l/min, more than the XP200 is meant to handle (40–60 l/min). However, Volvo fits the ECR40 as standard with digital setting of flow and flow direction for all auxiliary circuits. A suitable value for the breaker can be stored, and that is exactly what we check with you before payment.

Freight is quoted per order: delivery DAP to your business address, with freight always shown as a separate line in your written quote, so the total (products + freight) is always clear. Prices ex VAT.
- Fit check before payment: machine data and VAT number are checked first; then SEPA proforma or card payment.
- Included: breaker with bolted top plate, hydraulic hoses and a moil point. Quick coupler, adapter plate and adapters are not included. For the XP200 and XP300, the only documented mount is skid steer (SAE J2513); any other coupler or mount is to be confirmed with the manufacturer before we quote.
- CE marked – manufacturer's EU Declaration of Conformity supplied with the machine on delivery
- 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, claims handled through Thunderline. Wear parts (chisels, points, hoses) and damage from misuse, incorrect installation or operation outside the datasheet limits are not covered. Full terms on request.
- Delivery DAP to your address in the EU. Delivery to your business address; unloading by the customer (forklift). A tail lift is not included by default – available on request at an extra charge, quoted per order. The delivery window is confirmed in writing per order.
- For Promove attachments: all EU countries except Estonia and Italy.
B2B only, reverse charge: companies with a valid EU VAT number in the country of delivery only (VIES check). No VAT is charged by Thunderline OÜ – VAT is accounted for by you in your country of delivery (reverse charge, Art. 141 and 197 Directive 2006/112/EC).
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to change anything on the ECR40?
Yes. The auxiliary circuit delivers up to 65 l/min and the XP200 is designed for 40–60 l/min. Use the digital setting to choose a flow in that range, and have the relief valve set to 160 bar.
Can I use the second auxiliary circuit for the breaker?
According to Volvo, the optional second circuit of the ECR40 delivers up to 40 l/min, the XP200's lower limit. The main circuit is the better choice for the breaker. We clarify this in the fit check.
Do I need a forklift for unloading?
Yes. The XP200 arrives by freight carrier, delivered DAP to your address in the EU. Unloading is your responsibility, so please have a forklift or other lifting equipment ready. A tail lift is not included by default – available on request at an extra charge, quoted per order.
How is VAT handled?
We sell only to businesses. No VAT is charged by Thunderline OÜ – VAT is accounted for by you in your country of delivery (reverse charge, Art. 141 and 197 Directive 2006/112/EC). We check your VAT number in VIES beforehand.
