Hydraulic breaker for Kubota U27-4
The Kubota U27-4 is a short-tail excavator for tight spaces. With the Promove XP200 it breaks foundations, basement floors and asphalt.
Hydraulically the combination fits: according to Kubota, the first auxiliary circuit (AUX1) of the U27-4 delivers 48 l/min at 175 bar, and the XP200 works with 40–60 l/min. On weight the fit is tighter. The U27-4 has an operating weight of 2.57–2.67 t, at the lower end of the XP200 class (2.5–5.2 t); Promove gives 3–4.5 t as the optimal range. A 230 kg breaker noticeably changes the stability of a 2.6 t excavator, so we check this closely.

- 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, claims handled through Thunderline. Wear parts (chisels, points, hoses) and damage from misuse, incorrect installation or operation outside the datasheet limits are not covered. Full terms on request.
- Delivery DAP to your address in the EU. Delivery to your business address; unloading by the customer (forklift). A tail lift is not included by default – available on request at an extra charge, quoted per order. The delivery window is confirmed in writing per order.

Isn't the XP200 too heavy for the U27-4?
At 2.57–2.67 t the U27-4 sits just above the 2.5 t lower limit Promove gives for the XP200. Whether that works on your machine depends on cab or canopy, counterweight and the job. We check before payment and will advise against it if it does not fit.
Is the U27-4's hydraulic output enough?
Yes, according to the manufacturers' data: AUX1 delivers 48 l/min at 175 bar, and the XP200 needs 40–60 l/min. The relief valve must be set to 160 bar, and return back pressure must not exceed 25 bar.
Do I need a return line directly to the tank?
Promove limits return back pressure to 25 bar. Whether your U27-4 has a direct return-to-tank line, we clarify with your machine data.
Is a quick coupler or adapter plate included?
No. The XP200 comes with a bolted top plate (330 × 330 mm), hydraulic hoses and a moil point. A quick coupler or adapter plate is not included. For the XP200 and XP300, the only documented mount is skid steer (SAE J2513); any other coupler or mount is to be confirmed with the manufacturer before we quote.
