Hydraulic breaker for excavators 4–9 t
From around 4.5 t, a mini excavator becomes a proper demolition machine, provided the breaker matches. The Promove XP300 is rated by Promove for carriers of 4–9 t, with 4.5–8 t as the optimal range. With 300 kg, an 80 mm chisel and 946 J of impact energy, it suits foundations, reinforced concrete of moderate thickness and rock in trench work.
In this class, hydraulics are the most common stumbling block. Most 5 t excavators deliver far more on the auxiliary circuit than the 50–60 l/min the XP300 needs, and the relief valve on the excavator must be set to 180 bar. Where manufacturers do not publish these values clearly, we do not quote them; we check them before payment.

Freight is quoted per order: delivery DAP to your business address, with freight always shown as a separate line in your written quote, so the total (products + freight) is always clear. Prices ex VAT.
- Fit check before payment: machine data, VAT number and availability are checked first; then SEPA proforma or card payment.
- Included: breaker with bolted top plate, hydraulic hoses and a moil point. Quick coupler, adapter plate and adapters are not included. For the XP200 and XP300, the only documented mount is skid steer (SAE J2513); any other coupler or mount is to be confirmed with the manufacturer before we quote.
- CE marked – manufacturer's EU Declaration of Conformity supplied with the machine on delivery
- 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, in line with the manufacturer's warranty terms. Claims are handled through Thunderline. Wear parts (chisels, points, hoses) and damage from misuse, incorrect installation or operation outside the manufacturer's limits are not covered. Full terms on request.
- Delivery DAP to your address in the EU. Delivery to your business address; unloading by the customer (forklift). A tail lift is not included by default – available on request at an extra charge, quoted per order. Availability is confirmed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–10 working days after order confirmation and payment, depending on availability and destination; the exact delivery window is confirmed per order.

Frequently asked questions
My excavator delivers 70 l/min or more. Can I still use the XP300?
Yes, if the flow for the breaker can be limited to 50–60 l/min, through the machine settings or a flow control valve. We check this before payment.
What does 'relief valve 180 bar' mean?
The relief valve of the auxiliary circuit protects the breaker against pressure peaks. Promove specifies 180 bar for the XP300. Your workshop makes the setting.
Does the XP300 also fit 8–9 t excavators?
According to Promove the class goes up to 9 t, optimal up to 8 t. On heavier machines we check the flow with particular care, because they often deliver much more oil.
Can I run the breaker on a compact loader?
For the XP200 and XP300, the only documented mount is skid steer (SAE J2513); any other coupler or mount is to be confirmed with the manufacturer before we quote. Before we quote, we check compatibility with your carrier (weight, quick coupler, hydraulics).
