This policy covers returns, cancellations, and refunds for goods purchased from Thunderline.eu.

RMA required

Do not return goods without a written return merchandise authorization (RMA) from us. Email hello@thunderline.eu with order number, reason, and photos. Unsolicited returns may be refused.

Where returns go

Returns are sent to the address stated in the return authorisation (RMA).

Mark every return «Thunderline» (on the parcel/pallet label and shipping documents) together with your RMA and order number. Follow the RMA instructions exactly (labels, CMR for heavy freight).

1. Business customers only (B2B)

Thunderline sells to businesses only (B2B); there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Returns only by prior agreement via return authorisation (RMA); returns are sent to the address stated in the RMA.

2. Agreed returns

Where a return is agreed:

• Returns only by prior agreement via return authorisation (RMA) (e.g. wrong item, documented defect on arrival, or negotiated restocking).
• Restocking fee typically 15–20% unless our/supplier error; special orders may be non-returnable.
• Buyer pays return freight and insurance unless we caused the error.

3. Defective or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly. We coordinate repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, in line with the manufacturer's warranty terms. Claims are handled through Thunderline. Wear parts (chisels, points, hoses) and damage from misuse, incorrect installation or operation outside the manufacturer's limits are not covered. 4. Heavy freight returns

For bulky goods we typically book collect. You must have suitable unloading access. Uneconomic returns may be refused — we may offer repair, partial credit, or exchange instead.

5. Refunds

Refunds in EUR to the original payment method where possible, within applicable legal timelines after we receive goods back or required proof.
