Contact Thunderline – business enquiries

Thunderline OÜ supplies excavator attachments and wear parts to businesses across the EU. Contact us for a quote, a fitment check, product questions or the status of an order. We sell to business customers only (B2B).

How to reach us

• Enquiry form: use the form on this page – we reply by email.
• Email: hello@thunderline.eu
• Phone: +372 58326609

We reply during normal EU business hours.

What to include in your enquiry

The more complete your enquiry, the faster we can confirm fit, price and availability:

• Excavator: make, model and operating weight
• Mounting and hydraulics: coupler type or pin-on, and auxiliary flow (l/min) and pressure (bar) if known
• Product: the attachment or wear part you are interested in, and the quantity
• Delivery: country and postcode
• Company: company name and EU VAT number issued in the country of delivery

Not sure which attachment fits? Use our fitment check – it lists our pages by weight class and excavator model. Before we quote, we check compatibility with your carrier (weight, quick coupler, hydraulics).

Business customers only

Thunderline OÜ sells only to companies. Before we send a quote, we check your EU VAT number in VIES. The number must be from the country of delivery.

No VAT is charged by Thunderline OÜ – VAT is accounted for by you in your country of delivery (reverse charge, Art. 141 and 197 Directive 2006/112/EC).

Availability and delivery

Availability is confirmed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–10 working days after order confirmation and payment, depending on availability and destination; the exact delivery window is confirmed per order. Delivery is DAP to your address in the EU; freight is always a separate line.
