Thunderline is an independent multi-brand dealer / reseller. Thunderline OÜ is not the OEM or white-label manufacturer of the attachments offered, unless expressly stated for a specific product.

2. Scope of sales

We sell heavy-duty excavator attachments, wear parts and related accessories (e.g. hydraulic breakers, augers, screening buckets) to business customers in the European Union. B2B only – a valid EU VAT number issued in the country of delivery, verified in VIES, is required. Wear parts ship to selected EU countries; heavy attachments ship by freight to most EU countries (DAP delivery to your address in the EU (unloading by you; tail lift not included by default – available on request at an extra charge, quoted per order)); available destinations and freight are shown at checkout as a separate line. Other EU destinations (including islands) are quoted on request. We deliver within the EU only; country exceptions depend on the supplier and are shown at checkout.

Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith based on manufacturer data and our knowledge at the time of listing. Minor deviations that do not affect intended use may occur. CE marking and other conformity statements are shown only when documented for the specific model offered — we do not make unsupported compliance claims. Promove attachments: CE marked – manufacturer's EU Declaration of Conformity supplied with the machine on delivery.

3. Quotes, orders, and contract formation

  1. Website listings are invitations to treat, not binding offers, unless clearly marked otherwise.
  2. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when Thunderline OÜ confirms the order in writing (email or order acknowledgment) or when we accept payment and confirm availability, whichever we state in the confirmation.
  3. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. pricing error, the item being unavailable, suspected fraud, export restrictions) and will notify you and refund any payment received for that order.
  4. Prices are in EUR and are shown and invoiced exclusive of VAT (B2B only). Intra-EU supplies to business customers with a valid EU VAT number issued in the country of delivery (checked in VIES) are invoiced with the applicable reverse-charge note on the invoice. No VAT is charged by Thunderline OÜ – VAT is accounted for by you in your country of delivery (reverse charge, Art. 141 and 197 Directive 2006/112/EC). Freight is shown as a separate line. The legal invoice is issued separately by Thunderline OÜ.

4. Payment

Payment methods accepted are those shown at checkout or on the commercial quote. Goods may be held until payment is cleared. Title typically passes on full payment in cleared funds (see Shipping Policy for risk allocation).

5. Delivery

Delivery terms, lead times, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Goods ship directly from our EU suppliers. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown as a separate line, based on destination and weight. Indicative handling + transit is typically 4–10 working days after order confirmation and payment, depending on availability and destination — confirmed per order. Freight shipments: DAP delivery to your address in the EU (unloading by you; tail lift not included by default – available on request at an extra charge, quoted per order). You must provide a suitable delivery address and arrange unloading for freight/pallet shipments.

6. Returns and cancellations

Thunderline sells to businesses only (B2B); there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Returns only by prior agreement via return authorisation (RMA); returns are sent to the address stated in the RMA. Details are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Return freight is normally paid by the buyer unless we shipped defective or incorrect goods. These Terms and related policies are governed by Estonian and applicable EU law.

7. Fitment and buyer responsibility

Excavator attachments must match carrier weight class, hydraulic flow/pressure, and mounting interface. You are responsible for verifying fitment with your machine documentation or a qualified technician. Advice we give is guidance based on information you provide; it does not replace professional assessment on site.

Misuse, incorrect installation, or operation outside manufacturer limits may void warranties and is at your risk.

8. Warranties

  • Statutory rights under Estonian and EU law remain unaffected.
  • 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, in line with the manufacturer's warranty terms. Claims are handled through Thunderline. Wear parts (chisels, points, hoses) and damage from misuse, incorrect installation or operation outside the manufacturer's limits are not covered. Full terms on request.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profit, downtime, or rental substitute costs) arising from delay, fitment mismatch where buyer data was incomplete, or carrier force majeure.
  • Our aggregate liability for a given order is limited to the net amount paid for that order, except in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be limited (e.g. personal injury caused by our fault).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Estonian or EU law.

10. Intellectual property

Site content, branding (including Thunderline), and materials are owned by Thunderline OÜ or respective licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission. Manufacturer trademarks remain the property of their owners.

11. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy in accordance with the GDPR. Contact: hello@thunderline.eu.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including supplier or logistics disruption, carrier failure, natural events, labour disputes, or government action. We will inform you and work in good faith on alternatives or cancellation/refund of undeliverable goods.

13. Export and sanctions

You warrant that you are not prohibited from receiving the goods under applicable sanctions or trade laws and will not divert goods unlawfully.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without conflict-of-law rules that would refer to another jurisdiction.

  • Thunderline sells to businesses only (B2B). Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harju County, Estonia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that contract. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future orders.
