This policy explains how we ship goods sold through Thunderline.eu.

Service area

We deliver to business customers in the European Union. Wear parts ship to selected EU countries; the destinations available for your order are shown at checkout. Heavy attachments ship by freight: DAP delivery to your address in the EU (unloading by you; tail lift not included by default – available on request at an extra charge, quoted per order). Larger orders, and other EU destinations not offered at checkout (including islands), are quoted by email before you order. We deliver within the EU only; country exceptions depend on the supplier and are shown at checkout.

How orders are fulfilled

Thunderline is sold and invoiced by Thunderline OÜ. Goods ship directly from our EU suppliers to you.

• Outbound: our EU supplier ships directly to your delivery address (dropship / ship-to-customer) using their normal carton/crate/pallet process.
• Freight: supplier carrier account or collect arranged by us — whichever is simplest for the supplier and the shipment size.
• Branding: you receive a Thunderline invoice/order confirmation. OEM/supplier packaging is OK. Optional one-page Thunderline packing slip when agreed; we do not require re-boxing for branding.
• Documents: documentation (datasheet) is supplied; an EU Declaration of Conformity is supplied only where the manufacturer has issued one for the model; Promove attachments: CE marked – manufacturer's EU Declaration of Conformity supplied with the machine on delivery. Packing list with the goods; tracking/CMR shared after dispatch when available.

Wear parts (e.g. current J200 SKUs) typically ship as parcel. Heavy attachments (breakers, grabs, augers, screening buckets) ship by freight – DAP delivery to your address in the EU (unloading by you; tail lift not included by default – available on request at an extra charge, quoted per order), not parcel post.

Lead times

The delivery window is confirmed in writing per order.

• Wear parts: parcel, depending on carrier and destination.
• Heavy attachments: freight, DAP delivery to your address in the EU (unloading by you; tail lift not included by default – available on request at an extra charge, quoted per order).
• Larger orders: delivery window confirmed on the quote.

We confirm expected dispatch and delivery windows on the order. Public holidays, carrier delays or incomplete site access details can extend timing.

Shipping costs

Quoted in EUR. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown as a separate line, based on the delivery destination and the weight of your order.

Delivery address & access

You must provide a complete address, site access suitable for the freight mode, and a contact phone for the carrier. Freight: DAP delivery to your address in the EU; unloading is by you (forklift or similar); a tail lift is not included by default – it is available on request at an extra charge, quoted per order. Failed delivery caused by incorrect address or inaccessible site may incur extra charges payable by the buyer.

Risk, title, damage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: risk follows the delivery terms on the order confirmation; title passes when Thunderline OÜ has received full payment. Inspect on receipt and report visible transport damage promptly (ideally within 48 hours) to hello@thunderline.eu with photos and order number.
