Who we are

We love excavator attachments – and we care a great deal about where they end up. The right hammer or grab on the right machine makes a hard day's work go better. The wrong one costs you time, money and patience. Helping contractors get that match right is what Thunderline is here for.

Thunderline is the trading brand of Thunderline OÜ, an Estonian private limited company (VAT EE102950139), led by CEO Tommy Aker. We are a dealer of excavator attachments and wear parts, selling to businesses across the EU: contractors, fleets and equipment dealers.

Every enquiry starts with a fit check, before any quote. Tell us your excavator, its operating weight and the job ahead. We check carrier weight, quick coupler and hydraulics, then give you a straight answer – even when that answer is "this isn't the right tool for your machine".

We sell to business customers only – a valid EU VAT number issued in the country of delivery, verified in VIES, is required.

Dealer, not manufacturer

Thunderline is a dealer, not a manufacturer. Attachments are the manufacturers' genuine products with the manufacturer's documentation. Aftermarket wear parts are clearly labelled as compatible with the stated system, and machine brand names appear only to describe fitment.

How buying works

1. Enquiry or fit check. Send your excavator make, model and operating weight, the coupler or mounting, and the delivery country – by enquiry form, fitment check or email.
2. Checks. Before we quote, we check compatibility with your carrier (weight, quick coupler, hydraulics). We check your EU VAT number in VIES; it must be from the country of delivery.
3. Written quote. Quotes in EUR. Freight is always a separate line in your written quote.
4. Payment. Machines and attachments: SEPA bank transfer in advance against our proforma invoice. Card at checkout only for small parts and wear parts. Payment is only taken or requested after the VAT number check and the written order confirmation.
5. Delivery. DAP to your address in the EU. The delivery window is confirmed in writing per order. Some brands cannot be delivered to every EU country; we confirm this in your quote.
6. After the sale. Thunderline OÜ invoices the order and is your contact for follow-up, returns (by prior agreement via RMA) and warranty claims.

VAT

Deliveries within Estonia: Estonian VAT 24% is added. Thunderline OÜ is an Estonian company, so the reverse charge does not apply to Estonian buyers, even with a VAT number.

Warranty and documentation

12-month warranty from the date of delivery, claims handled through Thunderline. Wear parts (chisels, points, hoses) and damage from misuse, incorrect installation or operation outside the datasheet limits are not covered. Full terms on request.

CE marking and product documentation follow the respective manufacturer; details are confirmed in your quote.

Spare and wear parts

We supply spare and wear parts from the manufacturer for every attachment we sell, on request – for example hammer chisels, bushings, seal kits or hoses. Send us the model and serial number and we will come back with a written quote. Parts are shipped directly to you by courier; freight is a separate line in the quote.
