These Terms govern purchases and use of the Thunderline storefront operated by Thunderline OÜ. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Thunderline is an authorized multi-brand dealer / reseller. Thunderline OÜ is not the OEM or white-label manufacturer of the attachments offered, unless expressly stated for a specific product.
2. Scope of sales
We sell heavy-duty excavator attachments and related accessories (e.g. hydraulic breakers, augers, screening buckets) to professional and, where applicable, consumer customers. We prioritise shipping to Germany, with EU expansion where logistics allow.
Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith based on manufacturer data and our knowledge at the time of listing. Minor deviations that do not affect intended use may occur. CE marking and other conformity statements are shown only when documented for the specific model offered — we do not make unsupported compliance claims.
3. Quotes, orders, and contract formation
- Website listings are invitations to treat, not binding offers, unless clearly marked otherwise.
- Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when Thunderline OÜ confirms the order in writing (email or order acknowledgment) or when we accept payment and allocate stock, whichever we state in the confirmation.
- We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. pricing error, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, export restrictions) and will notify you and refund any payment received for that order.
- Prices are in EUR and may be shown exclusive or inclusive of VAT as indicated at checkout or on the quote. B2B invoices include VAT as required under Estonian/EU VAT rules.
4. Payment
Payment methods accepted are those shown at checkout or on the commercial quote. Goods may be held until payment is cleared. Title typically passes on full payment in cleared funds (see Shipping Policy for risk allocation).
5. Delivery
Delivery terms, lead times, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Indicative handling + transit from EU warehouse partners is typically 4–10 business days after stock confirmation, depending on destination — confirmed per order. You must provide a suitable delivery address and unloading arrangements for freight/pallet shipments.
6. Returns and cancellations
Returns, consumer withdrawal (14 days where applicable), and B2B return rules are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Commercial sales do not include a statutory cooling-off period. Heavy equipment returns require prior written authorization; return freight is normally paid by the buyer unless we shipped defective or incorrect goods. These Terms and related policies are governed by Estonian and applicable EU law.
7. Fitment and buyer responsibility
Excavator attachments must match carrier weight class, hydraulic flow/pressure, and mounting interface. You are responsible for verifying fitment with your machine documentation or a qualified technician. Advice we give is guidance based on information you provide; it does not replace professional assessment on site.
Misuse, incorrect installation, or operation outside manufacturer limits may void warranties and is at your risk.
8. Warranties
- Statutory rights under Estonian and EU law remain unaffected.
- Any manufacturer warranty is that of the brand for the specific model and is subject to that manufacturer’s terms.
- Thunderline OÜ does not provide additional warranties beyond law and any written commitment on the order confirmation, except where mandatory.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profit, downtime, or rental substitute costs) arising from delay, fitment mismatch where buyer data was incomplete, or carrier force majeure.
- Our aggregate liability for a given order is limited to the net amount paid for that order, except in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be limited (e.g. personal injury caused by our fault).
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Estonian or EU law.
10. Intellectual property
Site content, branding (including Thunderline), and materials are owned by Thunderline OÜ or respective licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission. Manufacturer trademarks remain the property of their owners.
11. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy in accordance with the GDPR. Contact: hello@thunderline.eu.
12. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including supplier/warehouse disruption, carrier failure, natural events, labour disputes, or government action. We will inform you and work in good faith on alternatives or cancellation/refund of undeliverable goods.
13. Export and sanctions
You warrant that you are not prohibited from receiving the goods under applicable sanctions or trade laws and will not divert goods unlawfully.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without conflict-of-law rules that would refer to another jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence where you are a consumer.
- Consumers: you may bring proceedings in your country of residence or in Estonia, as permitted by EU consumer law. Online dispute resolution info: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
- Businesses: exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harju County, Estonia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that contract. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future orders.
